Austin is his name - outstanding service is his game. Replaced my garage door motor, chain and rail, open button, safety sensors and outside key pad. His work is impeccable and he took the time to explain what he did and how to use the new system. Very thorough, professional and friendly. Thanks so much Austin. From the response to my email, to the phone calls, the window of time when the tech would arrive, the explanation of what I needed for my garage door issues. It was smooth, I didn't have to stay for the service Randy did his thing and left the bill. I'm very happy with the upgrade. The garage door was installed in 2015. I wanted to support my local business, and they didn't disappoint, thank you Robin for excellent customer service.

These people were exceptional. They were able to come out the next day and they fixed my door within a half hour after arriving. Hudson did a phenomenal job.

Had a garage door break right before we had 20 guests coming. They were able to replace door the next day, before guests, and even upgrade it to a smartdoor. Extremely happy with them going out of their way to accommodate, as well as quality of install.

The service technician, Austin Doyle, was great! Very professional and personable. He showed me exactly how to fix my problem and even gave me a free can of lubricant for the garage door hinges. Excellent customer service with a smile. Very knowledgeable and pleasant . Highly recommend.

After calling what felt like every garage door company in the area, we finally found this company, and what a difference. They answered the phone, were incredibly helpful, and got us a quote right away. I had almost given up hope that we'd be able to get a new garage door within a month until I found them.
I don't think they realize how much this meant to us. For years, we had been manually lifting our broken garage door. My husband has an injured wrist, and every time he had to lift it, he was in a lot of pain. It had become something we dreaded every single day.
Now we finally have a beautiful new garage door, and it honestly feels like a luxury. It works perfectly, looks amazing, and has made such a difference. We're so grateful for the excellent service and quick turnaround. I highly recommend this company!

Our garage door was open and the chain was broken. A service person came the same day to secure the garage. We arranged to have a new opener installed.
