Compaan always does an excellent job from the first phone call to the final touches after installation!
They came out the day my opener broke within an hour or so, got me out of the garage, ordered me a new one. Came back in 4 days to install and service the door, They were friendly and did a great job at a fair price, I am very happy with there service and products.
Austin did a great job in identifying the problem and repairing it.

Josh was my tech. He replaced all my springs. He was very knowledgeable about his work and answered all my questions. He didn’t waste a minute of his time. My husband and I had an excellent experience with Compaan Door and Operator Co.!
We stopped into their showroom on a Friday shortly before closing, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. They took the time to walk us through our options, answer our questions, and help us narrow down the perfect garage doors for our home. We never once felt rushed or as though we were inconveniencing anyone.
We had actually visited another local garage door company beforehand and didn’t receive nearly the same level of attention or customer service. The difference was noticeable, and Compaan made earning our business a priority.
From there, everything went exactly as promised. They stayed on schedule, communicated clearly, and followed through on everything they said they would do. The installation was completed as expected, and we’re extremely happy with our new garage doors.
We also appreciated the follow-up from Travis Dreyer to make sure we were satisfied with our experience.
It’s refreshing to work with a company that values its customers, respects their time, and stands behind its word. We would absolutely recommend Compaan Door to anyone looking for quality garage doors and dependable service!

Travis, who quoted the project was fantastic. He got our quote quickly and the install scheduled fast. He went out of his way to work with us. Doug, the installer was fantastic as well. He removed the old door and installed the new one quickly. Both guys were great to work with. The gal who answered the phone was amazingly efficient and friendly. This company is one of the best I have ever worked with.

Compaan was able to repair my garage door spring(s) in one day! I don’t have the service tech’s name, but he was extremely friendly and completed the job quickly and properly.

Recently had two new garage doors installed at our house. We purchased them from Compaan Door and their crew did the installation. The job took two technicians approximately 3 hours. Thet were courteous and efficient. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards and the doors look great and operate flawlessly. The whole experience with Compaan, from purchasing through installation and cleanup was excellent. I will definitely use Compaan Door in the future.

I was out of town and my door was going up and down on its own. I called Compaan doors. They came and serviced my door while I was out of town. It works great they gave a completed bill with info and offered to come back to help with my frequency code. Garage has been great since then. I won’t use anyone else.

Great service and very knowledgeable- repaired issue and gave sound advice on future needs we are exploring for new opener.
Repair of broken spring needed quick response and they were here as soon as possible the next day.

This company was working next-door and I asked them to take a look at my garage door and they immediately gave me an excellent price and fixed it as soon as they were done with the next-door neighbors. Great job great service very kind very good and professional.

Eddie was here to replace door springs. He was done in 45 minutes. Door runs much quieter now. He lubricated all hinges and rollers. Excellent job!
