I've used Compaan's service for over a decade now. They're fast to respond, professional in their work, and I've not yet had to repair/replace something that they've previously resolved.
Have used them for multiple spring repairs and replacement of lift engines.
Travis contacted me on when he would be there and was on time. Installing was quick and he went above and beyond helping us with the garage door app. Was Fricanos professional. Woman I talked to about scheduling the apt was the same and very accommodating with my appt time

The technician (Austin) was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to repair and make adjustments to our garage door opener quickly.
The service was excellent, we had a urgent situation being locked out of our garage and Compaan came out the very next day right when they said they would be there and quickly fixed the issue. We are up and running with very little inconvenience. Would recommend them to any one.

Quick service the same day I called within a couple of hours. Tech was pleasant and helpful.
My home inspector said we needed our garage door spring replaced because it was broken. Service technician came out within 2 hours of me calling to schedule and said I was all good they were just old springs that were left on and hadn’t been hooked up in a long time. Said I was good to go. No charge. Quick and easy. Could’ve upsold me and done the service but was honest and up front. Will use Compaan when I do have an issue.
Tech offered to attempt to fix our current door opener before installing the new unit. Sadly, it couldn’t be saved, but I appreciate the effort. And he had a couple of suggestions to protect our new investment.

Austin is his name - outstanding service is his game. Replaced my garage door motor, chain and rail, open button, safety sensors and outside key pad. His work is impeccable and he took the time to explain what he did and how to use the new system. Very thorough, professional and friendly. Thanks so much Austin. From the response to my email, to the phone calls, the window of time when the tech would arrive, the explanation of what I needed for my garage door issues. It was smooth, I didn't have to stay for the service Randy did his thing and left the bill. I'm very happy with the upgrade. The garage door was installed in 2015. I wanted to support my local business, and they didn't disappoint, thank you Robin for excellent customer service.
