My old garage door opener system had problems, sales teamember Jake recommended new lift master 2220L operator option to replace my old opener's, sales and installation went great, installer Matt arrived during the scheduled time, smooth professional installation and his technical support with setting up WiFi options were very helpful, like the automatic slow motor speed when near closed position, no hard stop bump noise, very happy with my new door operator system!
They added a keypad for our garage door. The tech was very nice & quick getting the job done! I would definitely call them back if we have any issues with our garage door.

My relationship and service with Compaan pfar exceeds my expectations. Specifically I am referring to Jenn in the office and Austin as the repair and replacement service man. I had many issues and they addressed them all with patience and understanding. I will not use any company other than Compaan.

We had used Compaan a few time in the past...new springs one time and an opener the other time...our original door was a wood door (old) and the water splashing had done in the lower section, time for a new door...2 guys 3 hours and all done...took down the old one and the tracks...new steel door has windows in the upper section and also insulated (which is good since my garage is heated)...very, very nice looking and smooth running...top notch outfit, thank you
I had a spring break on my garage door. I called Compaan to get it fixed. They were able to complete the repair on the same day without me being present. Great service!!

I had two garage doors that were not working properly. I called Jake and he set everything up. The problem was fixed that day and the doors work great!

I’ve waited for four months to give my review. Compaan originally installed my house’s garage. I’m the second house owner. The garage door was damaged during a snow storm cleaning in a weekend. Monday, Compaan’s Josh came over and had the garage door operational within an hour. It still is operational.

Yesterday AM we found out that we had a broken spring and both vehicles were inside so no way to get them out, well easy way anyway...called Compaan and they understood and would try to get it done by 4PM...Doug called about 12:15 and said he would be there at 1PM...he was 5 minutes early (that's a real plus in this world)...took him all of 30 minutes to get us back up and running again.................in the meantime IF the 'free' money comes in from the gov we're thinking about a new garage door...so I interacted with Sherie, Doug and Gary for this job and it was a very good experience overall...UPDATE: needed a new opener so called Compaan again...Jerry was here right on time and did an excellent job installing it for me...BUT I did keep him company while he was installing it...works like a champ considering I had to beat on the other to get it to engage once in awhile (for about the last 4 years)...so the next thing I guess will be the doors themselves...and I'll call Compaan again...
